To guide each employee throughout their journey, we have designed the Thiga Development Model (TDM). This compass structures our employees' progression around fundamental principles such as continuous development, a culture of sharing, and a clear and ambitious career path.

How you’ll onboard

At Thiga, we're convinced that successful integration is key to a fruitful and fulfilling collaboration. That's why we've designed an onboarding journey specifically with our employees in mind!

Upon the arrival of the collaborator, they will meet with all of our departments, discover our professions, our projects, and the wealth of expertise at Thiga. This will also be an opportunity to get to know their new team, understand their challenges, and begin to build relationships with their colleagues.

Because our employees' development is a top priority, their first month will be structured with targeted training.

This training will focus on developing both their soft skills (communication, collaboration, leadership) and their hard skills, directly aligned with their new role and the methodologies that ensure our clients' success.
