- Consider everybody as stakeholder. Everybody potentially within your organisation is a stakeholder, sometimes they don’t even work for you so stakeholder influence is critical to your success if you want to get anywhere.
- Treat the stakeholder like a customer. As Product Manager we learn to understand the customer and listen to them and empathize with them but you need to do the same with stakeholders.
- Manage stakeholder is the key of success in product. It is the key to the success of your product and it is the key for advancement of your career. It is the soft skills that makes all the hard skills work.
